Pending regulatory approval, Holistic Capital will provide services corresponding to the table below. Fees may be negotiable. The fees will only apply when you request the services specified.

Definition of a Qualified Client:

A qualified client is defined as an individual or entity that meets one of the following criteria:
- Has at least $1 million in assets under management with the investment adviser, OR
- Has a net worth of more than $2.1 million, excluding the value of the primary residence.
This definition aligns with the requirements of Rule 205-3 of the Investment Advisers Act of 1940.
